Private 1 to 1

£45 per Lesson

* £450 paid in advance for 11 Lessons (£40.91 per Lesson)

* MUST BE TAKEN OVER A SIXTEEN WEEK PERIOD

NB: Failure to turn up for an appointment and all cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, will be chargeable in full.

For a private 1 to 1, a tailor-made programme of up to twenty minutes will be designed for you, on request, taking into account your health and fitness objectives. Subsequent programmes / amendments to existing programmes will be charged at £20.

This service is available for private groups, but an extra charge of £20 per person will be incurred.

Each lesson typically lasts 1 hour, but as clients have their own needs, this can differ.

'Pay As You Go' (Available under certain conditions)

NB. Pilates classes are taught in small groups of no more than 12. The environment is supportive and non-competitive where clients can develop at their own pace.

With regards to Pilates classes, there is no refund for missed classes, although we will try to offer an alternative class where possible, if 24 hours notice is given. Please note you have six months to make up a missed class, but you MUST be in a continuous paid block.
